Joining the likes of UC Davis and other powerful public-private partnerships for the cellular agriculture industry, Tufts University's Center for Cellular Agriculture (TUCCA) has recently announced its development of a consortium of academic laboratories that aim to "overcome fundamental technical challenges, develop standards, and share knowledge in a way that advances the industry as a whole" to improve the feasibility of cellular agriculture's replacement of environmentally harmful factory farming.
